with about 2 weeks eft till tough mudder, I have now upped my training rregimen. Really sucks to be sore afterwards though. I can't walk without struggling from hurting. My quads are pretty much shot with almost a full week that included a lot of leg workouts.
"Tabata something else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
same concept as the last workout. I just couldn't keep tabs of my score, but I was hurting afterwards lol
I then did interval sprints for about 3/4 of a mile outdoor, and a 5 minute jog on the treadmill
